Returns and Exchanges

Returns: To request a return, please log into/create an account using the person icon at the top right side of the page. This will be the same email you used to place the order. Please select the order/items you'd like to return and answer the necessary questions. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a free prepaid return label.

Returns must be initiated no later than 30 days after placing the order. Returns must have original tags attached and arrive in a sellable state. Any item with an odor (good or bad) will not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges: To exchange an item please follow return instructions for the original item and then place a new order for the item you'd like to receive. Placing a new order speeds up delivery of the exchanged item by at least 7 days and improves the chance that the item you are looking for will be in stock.

Warranty: All shirts are guaranteed for one thru hike or one year of use. This covers against manufacturer defects or if the button down does not meet expectations. Please feel free to email Jolly at

 Refunds will not be issued if product comes back in an unsellable state.

**International Returns**  Due to high shipping cost, there will be no free returns or exchanges. To return your order please mail it to: Jolly Gear PO Box 4062 Logan, UT 84321 with your order number written on a note inside the package. Thank you for understanding!
