Triple Crown Button Down Sun Dress

I'm wearing this dress while hiking the CDT. I've worn it everyday through New Mexico and now all of Colorado. The dress is holding up well. The print still looks new, there is a little fading on the top of the sun hood and the thumbs. The fading let's me know how much sun damage to my skin the dress has protected me from. I'm climbing over trees with broken branches and the fabric is just slipping over them. I'm sitting in mud and the fabric doesn't stain. The dress catches people's eye while walking along roads or hitchhiking. This is a good thing to be noticed while walking along narrow roads.

I'm wearing this dress on my CDT thru hike and I've now worn it 20 days straight besides washing. Love the dress, love the sun bonnet. I feel like I'm a pioneer walking the Oregon trail in it. No issues, holding up well despite thorny desert bushes.

So happy this came out in an awesome fun color. I’ve taken my jolly gear shirt on 2 thru hikes so far so of course I had to get the dress. Fits perfectly, same fit as the shirts. Literally a perfectly designed garment where everything has been thought of- hood, drawstring, leg snap, amazing pattern. Can’t wait to get some great use out of it.

I brought this dress for a two week El Camino trip and it was perfect! Wore it daily washing at night. Wish it was longer to cover my knees as they got crazy sunburned! Also if it was longer it would be perfect for visiting religious places requiring head and knee coverage.
Please more patterns! I would love to have a third option for longer trips!

I like the loose fit. I wish the shirts fit loose like the dress. But, there is a pesky cuff button that falls right in my palm, which isn’t comfortable using poles.

This is my second jolly gear dress/romper, and I love it. The Turkey tail pattern in particular hides the trail dirt well. I like that the snap has been moved to the hem, it makes it less noticeable (my sage green one a few people tried to help me, thinking the button was something that got stuck on me). Would buy again in more colors. Sad I missed the orchid triple crown print because how beautiful would it be for paddle boarding or out on the water.

Great dress

I love everything about this dress but was bummed to find out it doesn't have hip pockets- I just love having a dress with pockets and while this dress does have 2 zippered breast pockets my hands keep searching for ones at the hips.

I absolutely LOVE the outfit. It is comfortable and fits perfectly. I would like to make a couple suggestions. An extra button for the romper would be great. Air vents near the shoulder blades in the back would be fantastic. If you made it in a solid black color, I would buy a couple more because I would wear it for work as well. My last suggestion is to combine the name of all three possible wears to Sun Dromper. A sun hoodie, hiking dress and romper all in one! ☺️

Love the dress, the material is very light. Love the sun hood. Love the modesty snap at the hem. My only wish is two hip pockets lined with mesh.

What a cute dress! I have four shirts and this was the next obvious choice for me. The fit, the function, the style, and the pattern are all perfection. I'd expect nothing less from this great brand!

Love the length, the upper zip pockets, the bun hole, the print, and the feel of the material. My sister will assist me with sewing in Hip Pockets. It arrived for my 8th Angelversary Party. Thank you!

I really like the dress. As a 4"11 older person, I like how it falls below the knee. The sleeves are too long, but that is to be expected, and they roll up well. The drawstring is great. I wonder if it is possible to purchase a backup in case this one fails or wears over time.

I ran into a CDT thru-hiker in the Wind River Range wearing this dress. She had nothing but good things to say, so I came home and bought it. Light fabric. Great fit. Haven’t used it yet but plan to this weekend and if all goes well I will use it for the Moab 240 in October.

Could a hiking/backpacking dress be more perfect? No! If you’re looking for THE BEST dress for adventuring this is it. All the bells and whistles you need and nothing you don’t. Thank you for throwing in the matching buff! ❤️

This dress far surpassed my expectations - I got it as a new, nursing mom so I could breastfeed easily. Not only was it great for that, it was very flattering on my postpartum body - I received constant compliments last summer. The orchid pattern is so pretty. The dress is so practical; cool in the summer, sun hoodie works great, and the snap to make it a romper is ingenious, not just for hiking and travel but for chasing your kid. Please make more colors and patterns!

My go-to backpacking dress. I have many different styles and brands of outdoor adventure dresses and this is clearly the most thought out design by people who know what’s needed and not needed for a dress on the trails. Well worth every cent. Just wish you’d make the dresses in all the cio fabrics you use for your trail shirts.

This dress is on a whole new level. I bought this dress to match a shirt I got for my husband. This dress has blown my mind! Not only is it really breathable, lightweight, and has some stretch, but this beauty has pockets and a button to close off the dress! Absolutely, amazing design! Cannot wait to this springs collection to be released!

Soooo comfortable and lightweight. Love love love the length. I’m tallish (5’9”) and a lot of outdoor dresses skirts are wayyy too short on me. This is the perfect length between too short and awkward long. Hits right at mid/upper thigh
