Ok, I was hesitant to purchase this based on the cost, but my wife really liked the new design and we have a permit for the HST in August, so I bit the bullet and bought us each one since we'll have a lot of exposure on the hike. Man am I glad I did. So much better than the OR hoodie I've worn for the last two years. Super breathable, button down allows for cooling, the detachelable hood is an awesome touch, as are the pockets. The best part for me is the fit. I'm 5'10" and nearly 230lbs and the fit was perfect. I've already worn it a couple of times for outdoor activities. My wife loves hers as well and she also got the sleeves which are awesome. Unfortunately my sleeve size was out of stock. Hopefully they'll come back in stock in the next month or so. I like this shirt so much I might just buy another. These things are really awesome.

Love this shirt! I like being able to remove the hood if I want, and having the short sleeves without having to roll anything up and having a bulky cuff! Looks and feels amazing ob and off the trail!

Love this shirt. What a concept....from trail comfort to golf round protection to date night styling and profiling!!! Yes I've already used it in all 3 scenarios. The separate components give me the protection and breathability I need, the style I've always craved and the comfort I want. Cut was spot on for my "slightly more belly than buff" physique. You guys did a great job on the design and I expect I'll be back for another on of different color soon.

Awesome shirt exactly what I was wanting for on the trail, looking forward to sporting this shirt on my backpacking trip in Glacier National Park.
Ill be keeping and eye on these shirts when new colors drop. This will definitely be my go too for days in the sun.

Great shirt for hot weather! I love the option of removing the sun sleeves if not needed. This provides excellent airflow and cooling option.

I am so very happy with this shirt, all of the details such as the front pockets and bun hole/vent in the hood are so intentional. This may be my new favorite shirt for both on and off trail.

Traditional sun hoodies don't work for me. The fabric and construction feel claustrophobic. But this shirt is brilliant. Amazing fabric, enhanced breathability from the buttons, AND a detachable hood.

Great style, awesome wicking, also love the stretch of the fabric. It's been in the mid nineties along the AT in New York the last several days and so it's nice to be able to unbutton for ventilation.

I have a long sleeve jolly and wanted a short sleeve to add to my gear arsenal. I absolutely love these shirts! The attention to detail that so obviously goes into each piece is just incredible. These shirts are comfortable and versatile. It’s important to note that I don’t smell after wearing these, which is something I can’t say if I wear any popular sporting brand shirts. If you don’t have one, I highly recommend you get one to wear both on and off the trail :)

I'm in the mid Atlantic and usually sun hoodies are just too hot in the humidity we have. The short sleeves and button up front give much needed ventilation and I still get a hood for my ears and neck. It's my new favorite hiking shirt.

We love the quality and look of the shirts and are really looking forward to having our Ridgerunners on the Appalachian Trail sporting them as their official uniform for the summer. The fabric and green on white short-sleeved shirt is perfect for the weather out here and they're festive enough to bring smiles from the hiking community.
